Prepare for either national medical/healthcare interpreter certification exam with this language-neutral with some language-specific practice and vocabulary (Spanish). This is a live class delivered via Zoom, which meets Tuesdays and Fridays from 5 to 6:30 pm. The course length is four weeks for a total of 12.5 hours of contact class, and additional 8 hours for homework.

Cost includes textbook, access to online platform, and all practice materials.

The Medical Terminology for Interpreters course is divided into the following modules:

  • Medical Terminology and the Human Body
  • Anatomy and Physiology for Interpreters Part 1
  • Anatomy and Physiology for Interpreters Part 2
  • The Language of Medicine
